• You will receive reasonable prior notice of any fee changes, allowing you the opportunity to terminate your subscription before the change takes effect.

• Continued use of my services after a fee change constitutes your acceptance of the modified fee.

• Refunds for contracts are available within 30 days of the original purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, designs, materials, and intellectual property provided by Wave Reach Digital remain my property unless specified otherwise.

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use my services and materials for personal or business use. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution of any content or materials is prohibited without my express written consent.

5. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wave Reach Digital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of my services.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.
